Our founder and president, Gerardo Soriano, opened the doors of IntelliWare Consultant in early 2016. Moreover, he had already 5 years of experience in the field of website and mobile apps development.
Upon agreement, we require 30% of the total amount of the project as a deposit. The reason for us to do this is to stablish a channel of payment and a level of trust and responsability for both parties. We do offer, however, payment plans for the ramainding 70% of the total amount of the project.
Yes, there is. In order to avoid any conflict and/or misunderstanding in the future, we require the signature of the client or his/her legal representative. We will also sign the contract and each party will get a copy.

YOU! you will be given the credentials of the server as well as of the domain and hosting. However, when clients purchase one of our Support Packages, we will have access to your website in order to give it maintanance and or further changes are required. Further terms will be discussed upon agreement.
Upon the initial meeting and subsequent meetings, we will gather all the required information and content. After that, it is just a count down of days until you finally have the website your great business deserves. Rest assured we will make sure you will be satisfied with the results!
